A consultation is built into the appointment time so it is not necessary to book one prior, however you are welcomed to book one prior to your appointment if that makes you more comfortable.

Although referred to as permanent makeup, the pigment itself will gradually fade over time, which is excellent because styles change through the years, which means you will be able to adapt to those styles when you attend top-up appointments. It will never fade entirely as the pigment will remain under your skin – hence why it is called permanent. We know that traditional tattoos remain constantly visible.

With PMU, a natural pigment is implanted into the dermis (a more superficial layer of the skin), whereas the ink is penetrated much deeper with a traditional tattoo.

Don’t let the word ‘tattoo’ scare you; it is simply makeup that you don’t have to reapply each morning.

When choosing a brow style, you will want to choose a style or technique that would be best suited for your skin type, age, lifestyle and your desired look.You will find the description of brow styles in the brow section on the site.

Please read my pre-& post care instructions for your specific treatment. If you have pictures for reference, you can bring these to your appointment along with your brow pencil, powder, lip color or eyeliner that you are currently using.

We use safe topical pre-numbing and secondary numbing during every procedure to make your visit as comfortable as possible with little to no pain. Some clients even fall asleep!

Usually with proper upkeep and care, your brow results should last about 1-2 years before needing a touch up. Touch ups are recommended when brows are faded about 50%. Eyeliner and lip blush should last longer, averaging 3-5 years before needing a touch up. Your lifestyle, skin type, skincare products will the affect longevity.

There is really no down time, so you should be able to go and continue on your normal routine for the day. Sometimes there may be some redness around the brow area, but that usually goes away within a couple of hours. As for lip blushing and eyeliner some swelling and slight bruising is a possibility and should go away within a day or two.

Your permanent eyeliner should last an average of 5 years or more before needing a touchup color boost.

Lip tattoo should last approx 2-5 years before needing a color boost.

A brow appointment is usually about 2.5 hours. This includes an in depth consultation, numbing, pictures etc.

 An eyeliner appointment usually takes approximately 3 hours depending on the type of style chosen.

A lip tattoo appointment usually takes about 3 hours.

Yes! Defining the outline of your lips will make your lips appear fuller and give them a more youthful look. All colors are customizable according to your existing lip undertones and your desired color outcome.

Yes, you can still wear any lipstick or gloss over your lip tattoo.

There is NO scabbing as some people call it during healing. There is a healing process where the top layer of the skin will lift and flake or exfoliate away and should be finished within about 2 weeks. Once this is finished, by week three, your brows will be about 30% lighter.

When choosing a pigment color, we discuss your desired outcome. Color theory knowledge is required to choose the correct color for best, natural healed results. I look at your existing brow color, your skin undertones, skin type, lip undertones, eye color, ethnicity and your age is taken into consideration as well. I will then create a custom mix for beautiful, natural healed results.

No, we do not shave your existing brow hairs. I do however, remove and clean up any hairs that fall outside of the desired shape to clean them up.

No, you should not wax your brows at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
