Booking & Cancellation Policy

All Appointments will be made here via online on our booking system. Everything you need to know to book your appointment should be here to make it easy for you to make an informed decision prior to booking.

Permanent makeup clients DO NOT need to book a consultation prior to meeting, but will need to fill out the pre qualifying questions and read the instructions for preparing for their appointment. 

• A non-refundable BOOKING FEE of $50 will be required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment and is NON REFUNDABLE. This fee will be credited to your service at the time of check out.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED
• IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 72 HOURS, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
• PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME WITH NO SHOWS AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS. I BLOCK OFF ABOUT 3 HOURS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AND MAY BE DIFFICULT TO FILL LAST MINUTE. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WITHIN A 48 HR WINDOW AND NO SHOWS WILL RESULT WITH A 50% CANCELLATION FEE CHARGED
• THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
• PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIFFERENCE IN PRICE REGARDLESS OF TIME OF BOOKING
• WE ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT CARDS AND VENMO. THERE WILL BE A 3.9% CHARGE FOR CREDIT CARDS
• BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE TO TO THESE TERMS
